A few years ago, a customer (Mike) came and told me that his parked car collided with another car in the parking lot of our shopping center. I told him that he decided to buy a diaper just for his car. He told me everything was fine, because someone else has car insurance. In fact, he (Linda) is also confused by our agent!
A few minutes later, Linda came up with Mike and Link and I sat down to arrange it. He revealed that he had driven the car up the sidewalk after the man was found in the parking lot. He is cheating, which failed in his attempt because the police were nearby and could not control the car. Mike got in Linda's car and headed to the locked car.
Linda understood. He talked to the police for several minutes (tried to find the dealer and left him at a local mall) and while he was still under investigation Mike was present at the scene and was upset over the injury to his car.
I told Mike he didn't have to pay, but he was not a delegate to find the price. We changed this request to Linda's car insurance request and were awaiting a response. They rejected this because Linda did nothing wrong and was not a legitimate user of the fraud. At the end of the line, Mike and Linda get hurt by the pomp.
